I believe in healing through a supportive relationship where clients can gain understanding into themselves as well as learn strategies to help them move forward.  I see myself as a partner and guide in helping clients improve their lives and overcome challenges. 

As we move through the world, our experiences and relationships shape us. I practice from a systems and attachment perspective, believing that we are interconnected with those around us, and impacted by greater societal forces daily. I believe we are all seeking connection, to be known, to be loved and understood. Most of us experience barriers at one time or another, be it trauma, loss, depression, anxiety, or another challenge.  Therapy is a place to unpack our experiences, understand the meaning we’ve made, heal and grow. My clients find me to be open, curious, warm and accepting. 

I employ a variety of tools in working with my clients and tailor sessions to the client’s needs, personality and goals. Some techniques I use regularly include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Narrative Therapy.I have worked in mental health for over 15 years, coming alongside people through the lifespan and its various challenges. 

While I see a wide variety of people, I especially enjoy working with anxiety, parenting challenges, perinatal issues, and life transitions.
