I am a passionate advocate for the mental health and well-being of Latine immigrants, children of Latine immigrants, and neurodivergent populations. With a deep understanding of the unique challenges these communities face, I aim to have a compassionate and culturally sensitive approach in my therapeutic practice.

My therapeutic interests are based on humanistic and systems-based approaches. I believe in the inherent dignity and resilience of every individual.  I aim to build a collaborative therapeutic relationship that empowers you to explore your experiences, relationships, and cultural identities in a safe and non-judgmental space.

With a commitment to social justice and advocacy, I engage in community outreach and education initiatives to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health within Latine and neurodivergent communities. I integrate principles of social justice into my own therapeutic work, addressing systemic barriers and advocating for the rights and well-being of marginalized populations.

I currently offer individual therapy services tailored to each client's unique needs. Whether navigating acculturation challenges, managing/exploring neurodivergent traits, or addressing intergenerational trauma, I aim to provide holistic and strengths-based interventions to support my clients in their journey toward healing and self-discovery.
