I enjoy working with clients navigating pregnancy/parenthood and other life transitions. I know that this stage of life can be filled with excitement, anxiety, and so many other emotions.

When we face change or transitions in life, it can stir things up and be a challenge to navigate. This can be especially confusing when the change is wanted or exciting, like becoming a parent or bringing another child into the home. My goal is to meet you where you are and work together to foster growth and change.

I work from an attachment-based, systemic perspective, which means I explore the contexts and identities that have influenced you. I am also trained in Brainspotting for trauma, Emotionally Focused Therapy to explore relational dynamics, and am pursuing specialization in Perinatal Mental Health.

I see therapy as a place to gain self-awareness, experience healing, and become grounded, especially while navigating life transitions such as parenthood, new relationships, or career shifts. As a biracial therapist who identifies as white and Chinese, I strive to create a collaborative space where you can bring all aspects of your identity.
