Maggie Wilkinson

Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist

Maggie Wilkinson, MA LMFT

SHE / HER

After working in the music and film industries, where I first discovered a passion for stories, I explored a desire to work with young people by mentoring high school students. It is through this experience that I saw how important making connections and building positive relationships are to our own stories, which led me to pursue a career in systemic therapy. My focus on building positive relationships helps me create a space for people to heal, explore, and work toward their goals. Since working with young people is a passion of mine, I generally use a healthy dose of creativity and humor in my therapy.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who enjoys working with individuals or families that may be experiencing life-stage transitions, anxiety, depression, relational stress, grief, and issues related to spirituality. My approach to therapy is strengths-based, using cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, experiential, and narrative therapies. I am affirming to people of all genders, races, ethnicities, sexualities, and abilities. Currently, I am working with people ages 10 years or above.

In my free time, I enjoy spending as much time outside in the sun as possible by hiking, camping, walking my dog, or gardening.
