I am a biracial woman from Saint Paul, MN, bringing authenticity, vulnerability, and cultural humility to my work as a therapist-in-training. I’m currently pursuing my master’s degree in social work. For the past three years, I have worked as a crisis response social worker, co-responding with law enforcement to provide immediate support and conduct accurate needs assessments for people in distress.

Therapy has profoundly shaped my own life, teaching me the value of presence, self-compassion, and curiosity. I believe our life experiences shape the stories we carry, and those stories influence the paths we take. My goal as a therapist is to create a safe, inclusive, and affirming space where clients feel truly seen and heard. I strive to honor each person’s unique journey while supporting insight, self-awareness, and meaningful change.

My therapeutic approach is integrative, rooted in person-centered principles and informed by systemic training. I hold a strong commitment to social justice and equity, and I prioritize an intersectional framework that recognizes how identity, culture, and social context shape mental health and healing.

I am passionate about supporting people of all ages and backgrounds through a holistic lens.

Communities I am especially called to serve include activists, athletes, first-generation students, immigrants, Indigenous peoples, and people of color.
