I think it’s cool that you are here to address what you feel you might need in this moment. Were you to work with me, you could expect the system of mental health care to be demystified. I work collaboratively with my clients so they can understand their care and the systems at play within it. You might find yourself in my therapy room if you have a history of trauma, are enduring anxiety or depression, or are navigating identity formation.

I am a very relational therapist and strive to address the therapeutic alliance whenever it may be ruptured. I will work to repair our relationship whenever it has been impacted during treatment. This means I work well across ages and identities different from my own. Amidst those differences, you can expect me to build trust and comfort so that naming cultural divides we may be working across feels natural.

I have experience working with gender and sexual diversity and love working with romantic
systems. I particularly enjoy and have experience working with survivors of sexual violence. In working with these populations, I strive to locate the systems of oppression impacting their mental health journey. I am adept at identifying the narratives that have joined us in that journey and raising awareness of them, while centering healing on the individual's values rather than the expectations of social norms.
