Finding a therapist is difficult.  I recognize that finding the right fit is one of the most important parts of feeling like therapy is helpful.  As the Co-Founder of The Family Development Center, I strive to create an environment that feels warm and welcoming.

If you are interested in working on anxiety (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Phobia, Panic attacks, excessive worry), depression, relationships, parenting or perinatal issues (pregnancy, postpartum, infertility), I may be a good fit for you.  I am direct, honest, kind and use humor to help work through difficulties.

My training is rooted in evidence-based practices that incorporate a variety of theoretical models including Cognitive-Behavioral, Neuropsychology, Experiential and Narrative therapies. I also practice using an attachment-based perspective that looks at the impact of our early relationships on our future functioning.
